ORDER

How secure is my personal information?

Knight & Day Custom Creations adheres to the highest industry standards to protect your personal information when you checkout and purchase from our online store.

Your credit card information is encrypted during transmission using secure socket layer (SSL) technology, which is widely used on the internet for processing payments. Your credit card information is only used to complete the requested transaction and is not subsequently stored.

What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept PayPal and the following credit cards: Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express.

Can I cancel my order?

You can cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it. After that, it will have been processed, and you won’t be able to cancel. 

SHIPPING

Do you ship internationally?

No! At this time, we only ship in the USA due to cost and customs.

What shipping carriers do you use?

We choose USPS, UPS, or FedEx and We will select the best carrier for specific countries to make sure your package arrives in time. If you want a specific carrier or use your account, let us know and we would happy to try to accommodate your request

How long does it take to process my order?

Once payment has been made, 99% of all orders are shipped within 2-3 days.

How long does shipping take?

Average shipping time is 7 business days depending on your location but please know once the item is shipped, Knight and Day is no longer liable for lost items. If this happens, we are happy to help either replace the item and help

 

DELIVERY

How do I track my order?

We will send you the tracking number after your purchase within 1-3 business days. Please visit this link below to track your order.

Are all my items shipped together?

It depends on the products you ordered. Since we operate multiple fulfillment centers so sometimes your items may come with different packages.

RETURNS

What is your return policy?

Custom items are non-returnable but any other item, you are fully covered and protected to return up to 7 days. Any returned item must still have tags and in good condition. Refunds will be processed AFTER we receive the item back and determine condition. 

What do I do if I receive a defective product?

If there’s some sort of manufacturing defect, let us know within 7 days of receiving your item, and (provided that your case is legit) we’ll send you a replacement
